You will need to bring the cake and candles and you could even bring a birthday picnic to enjoy under the trees!

The Cost
​
Forest Friends parties cost £120 (this covers the first 10 children – additional children charged at £10 each).​

Weather and Cancellations
We believe the woods are a magical place in all weathers and won’t let a bit of rain stop us!
However, there are a few safety points we must follow to remain safe:

We will not go out in electrical storms (lightning) or if electrical storms are forecast

We will not go out in high winds. When wind speeds or gusts are forecast to be high, we will no longer be insured and will not go out. This is because of increased risk of trees dropping large limbs.
In the rare event that a party needs to be cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions, Nicola will contact you as soon as possible and discuss rearranging the date.

Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds cannot be offered if you cannot make the party due to illness or weather.

We cannot offer refunds on the rare occasion where we have to cancel a party due to dangerous weather.
